We've gotten some requests to create a giveaway for those who don't have a website, blog, or Internet presence in order to be eligible for our $250 giveaway, so we're creating a sweepstakes for all members and with more winners.

This Sweepstakes is simple.
Everyone who registers and posts an item for auction will automatically be entered in a drawing for one of five $50 Wal-mart gift cards when the item sells. The 5 winners will be announced on November 1, 2010 in a random drawing - just in time for your Christmas shopping!

Rules:
You must register and post an item for auction before October 15, 2010.
Your item must sell for $5 or more.
You must have no negative ratings at the date of drawing.
Your account must be in good standing at the date of drawing.
You must be a resident of the U.S. or Canada.

Acceptance of Award:
Winners username, city, state (or territory), and country will be posted on our website.
Winners will be notified by certified mail and required to fill out a verification form which must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt via our prepaid envelope.
No cash award will be exchanged for the Wal-mart Gift card.
If you are a winner, your image or likeness may used for promotional purposes.

The Benefit of 30 Days Exposure Without The Wait

30 Day auctions will automatically revert to 7 days if a bid is placed. That is, if there is more than 7 days remaining on an auction, the auction will become a 7 day auction.

This does not affect auctions with less than 7 days remaining when a bid is placed.

This FREE feature allows the seller more exposure for the item without having to relist it as often and also allows the buyer not to have to wait a month for the auction to end.

It's a win-win improvement for everyone!

Article must be original. This means no copying an existing article, or finding an article on a similar subject and inserting our website name to replace the other.

Award
Winner will be randomly selected on October 1, 2010. A certified letter will be mailed containing award form that must be returned within 30 days.

Payment will be made in the form of a certified bank check or USPS Money Order made out in USD to the registered member.

For Sellers, you receive a special tag that lets buyers know we have verified all your information, including your address and phone number.

For Buyers, this lets you know that the person has not given us false information, using a drop shipping address, or false phone number. You have added security that the seller has nothing to hide because they provided that information which we have matched to their account.

*Certain conditions must be met.
To become a Verified Seller we will send a letter to you using the registered address you provided to us when you joined Yabexe.com. Enclosed will be a postage paid form that must be signed by the Yabexe registrant. On this form we will verify the following information as true and correct:

• Your Name.
• Your home address and mailing address, if different than home.
• Your phone number.

ALL information will be verified at our expense, using information services available to us.

Be aware that we may randomly repeat the process without notification, so you must inform us directly (through an email) of any changes you make to your account information, such as new married name, moved, etc.

Once approved as a Verified Seller your account will be charged $2/mo.

New users are given a $5 credit immediately upon registering. It gives you a chance to use our services and at our low prices that means a lot of listings that will cost you nothing! After registering, simply check your account status to see your credit.
