Though you may update your information at any time, your original information remains on a record for our staff to review. This is done to ensure traceability should a member decide to place numerous bids, or purchases, and then immediately changes their info to avoid being located. USERNAME Your username shall not contain a domain extension (.com, .net, etc.). Your username will not give the impression that you are under the employ of Bid4Jeeps or Yabexe.com or in a position of authority with Bid4Jeeps or Yabexe.com (eg., Administrator, Moderator, etc.). PHONE NUMBER A staff member will call the phone number you list as your "Non-mobile" contact number within 48 hours of registration. This phone call will entail nothing more than a confirmation that the phone number you provided is working and legitimate. Our staff member will simply ask for the person who registered, to confirm the number is valid. If we receive an answering machine, we will ask that you email us, or return our call within 24 hours and provide us the code which we will leave on your answering machine. If the phone number is incorrect, non-working, or the return contact (if requested) is not made the registered account will be suspended until the situation is resolved. This is done to help ensure safe transactions between all members. Your phone number will not be given or sold to other entities that you do not directly engage with during transactions on Bid4Jeeps. STORE NAMES If you create your own store, the store name shall not contain a domain extension, as stated in the "Username" section. Free stores will not place active or inactive links to a website that intends to divert users from Bid4Jeeps. Please restrict your advertising to your logo, inserts included with your shipment, or purchase banner space on our website. RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS Use of this website is intended for legal residents of the U.S. and Canada. ISP locations are checked and will be the determining factor of your location. If your ISP is found to be foreign to the U.S. or Canada your account will be terminated. In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing whilst we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated. YOUR CONDUCT You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions through this website. You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
